This indenture made this fourth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty five witness that Granville Corbin and Sally S Corbin his wife of the county of Adams and State of Illinois parties of the first part in consideration of the sum of one hundred and ten dollars paid by Henry Zoph Junior and Adam Zoph of the county of Adams and state of Illinois parties of the second part the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part their heirs and assigns forever one certain tract of land know and described as being the North half of the South East quarter of the South East quarter of section fourteen in township two South range No. eight West of the fourth principal meridian containing twenty acre more or less in the county of Adams and State of Illinois to have and to hold the said premises with all the apportioned there to belonging or in any wise appertaining to the only purpose use benefit and behalf of the said parties of the second part their heirs and assigns forever and the said parties of the first part covenant with the parties of the second part their heirs and assigns that they are lawfully severed in fee of the said premises and have a good right to convey the same that they are free from all incumbrances and that for the consideration above named the title thereof to the said parties of the second part their heirs and assigns agains all lawful claims whatsoever will forever warrant and defend for witness hereof the said grantors have here undo set their hands and seals the day and year first above written signed sealed and delivered to the presence of William
