John Buss

I, John H. Buss, of the City of Quincy, in the County of Adams and the State of Illinois, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and decalre this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills and codicils at any time heretofore by me made.

FIRST: I drect my executor to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses.

SECOND: I give, bequeath and devise all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, to my daughter, Pauline V. Baugher.

THIRD: I nominate and appoint my daughter, Pauline V. Baugher as the executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and direct that she shall not be required to give security upon her bond as such executor.

FOURTH: I authorize and empower my executor or any successor, to sell any and all personal or real property which I own at the time of my death, at public or private sale, upon such terms and conditions as she shall deem best, and to execute, acknowledge and deliver proper deed or deed of conveyance therefor. I authorize my executor to retain any investment which I may own at the time of my death and to distribute same in kind.

The foregoing instrument was signed by the above testator, John H. Buss, by the hand of Owen D. Lierman, on the day and year last above written, as the Last Will and Testament of the said testator, he being then and there of sound mind and memory, by his direction and in his presence, and in the presence of us, who have at his request have on the same day in his presence and in the presence of each other, subscribed our names as witnesses.
