I do not know for sure where John and Elizabeth’s children were born or died.
I received the info from my mother who was in contact with Geraldine Phelps up until the 1970s. She was one of Helen Woods and Benjamin Phelps three children, she was born in 1907. John married a 2nd time to Margaret Murphy, who was a widow of William Gleeson. Margaret and William had four children all mentioned in Margaret’s obituary in 1927 when she died in the Soldier’s and Sailor’s home in Quincy, IL where she had lived for 18 years before her own death which was after that of her 2nd husband John in 1920.
